Common use of ADJOURNMENT FOR WANT OF QUORUM Clause in Contracts

ADJOURNMENT FOR WANT OF QUORUM. If within 15 minutes after the time fixed for any Meeting a quorum is not present the Meeting shall, if convened upon the requisition of Noteholders, be dissolved unless otherwise provided by applicable laws. In case of adjournment, the New Meeting shall be convened for a day which shall be: (a) in the case of a Second Meeting: (i) where specified in the notice to Noteholders of the Initial Meeting, not less than one day and not more than 30 days following the date of the Initial Meeting; and (ii) in all other cases, not less than 21 days and not more than 30 days following the date of the Initial Meeting. (b) in the case of a Further Meeting: (i) where specified in the notice to Noteholders of the Initial Meeting, not less than one day and not more than 30 days following the date of the Second Meeting or any subsequent Meeting; and (ii) in all other cases, not less than 21 days and not more than 30 days following the date of the Second Meeting or any subsequent Meeting, provided that the resolutions to be proposed in the Second Meeting or in the Further Meeting are not modified.

If within 15 minutes after the time fixed for commencement of any Meeting (other than a Single Call Meetings) a quorum is not present the Meeting shallpresent, if convened upon the requisition of Noteholders, be dissolved unless otherwise provided by applicable laws. In case of adjournment, the New Meeting then it shall be convened adjourned for a day such period which shall be: (a) in the case of a Second Meeting: (i) where specified in the notice to Noteholders of the Initial Meeting, not less than one day and not more than 30 days following the date of the Initial Meeting; and (ii) in all other cases, not less than 21 days and not more than 30 days following the date of the Initial Meeting. (b) in the case of a Further Meeting: (i) where specified in the notice to Noteholders of the Initial Meeting, not less than one day and not more than 30 days following the date of the Second Meeting or any subsequent Meetingmeeting; and (ii) in all other cases, not less than 21 days and not more than 30 days following the date of the Second Meeting or any subsequent Meetingmeeting, provided that the resolutions to be proposed in the Second Meeting or in the Further Meeting are not modified.
