Adjournment of Meetings. The chairperson of a meeting at which the requisite quorum is present may, with the consent of the meeting, adjourn the same from time to time and from place to place as the meeting shall determine, but no business shall be transacted at any adjourned meeting other than the business left unfinished at the meeting from which the adjournment took place.

Notice of the adjourned meeting need not be given to Partners entitled to notice if the time and place thereof are announced at the meeting at which the adjournment is taken, unless the adjournment is for more than forty-five (45) days or if, after the adjournment, a new record date is fixed for the adjourned meeting, in which case notice of the adjourned meeting shall be given to each Partner of record entitled to vote at the adjourned meeting.
