Adjunct Librarians/Counselors Hourly Compensation January to July 2017. Semesters at Xxxxxx Clock Hour Rate of Pay 0-6 $41.86 7-10 $43.60 11-16 $45.54 17-21 $47.36 22+ $47.59 1. The above hourly amount will be paid for each clock hour of adjunct librarian or adjunct counselor work assigned to and worked by an adjunct librarian/counselor during the specific academic year.
