Non-Reprisal. No reprisals of any kind shall be taken by the District or any member of the administration against any grievant, any representative, any member of the Association or any participant in the grievance procedure by reason of such participation.
Non-Reprisal. Neither the Board of Trustees nor any member of the administration nor the Union shall take reprisal affecting the employment status of any employee of the District by reason of the employee's participation in a grievance procedure.
