Common use of Adjusted Schedules and Rates Clause in Contracts

Adjusted Schedules and Rates. When it is deemed necessary for an employee to adjust his schedule to a forty (40) hour work week (i.e. education, etc.), the adjusted rate shall result in no loss in pay while the employee is on the 40 hour work week.
