Common use of ADJUSTEMENT/ APPROPRIATION OF PAYMENTS Clause in Contracts

ADJUSTEMENT/ APPROPRIATION OF PAYMENTS. The Allottee authorized the Vendor/Developer to adjust/ appropriate all payments made by him/ her under any head(s) of dues against lawful outstanding of the Allottee against the [Apartment/Unit], if any, in his/ her name and the Allottee undertakes not to object/ demand/ direct the Vendor/Developer to adjust his payments in any manner.

ADJUSTEMENT/ APPROPRIATION OF PAYMENTS. The Allottee Allottee/ Purchaser authorized the VendorOwner/Developer Vendor to adjust/ appropriate all payments made by him/ her under any head(shead (s) of dues against lawful outstanding of the Allottee against the [Apartment/Unit], if any, in his/ her name and the Allottee undertakes not to object/ demand/ direct the VendorOwner/Developer Vendor to adjust his payments in any the aforesaid manner.

ADJUSTEMENT/ APPROPRIATION OF PAYMENTS. The Allottee authorized Allottee(s) authorizes the VendorVendors/Developer to adjust/ appropriate all payments made by him/ her her/them under any head(s) of dues against lawful outstanding of the Allottee against the [Apartment/Unit]outstanding, if any, in his/ her name and the Allottee Allottee(s) undertakes not to object/ demand/ direct the VendorVendors/Developer to adjust his his/her/their payments in any other manner.
