Possession of the Allottee Sample Clauses

Possession of the Allottee. After obtaining the occupancy certificate and handing over physical possession of the Apartment/ Plot to the Allottee, it shall be the responsibility of the Promoter to handover the necessary documents and plan, including common areas to the Maintenance Society or the competent authority, as the case may be, as per the local laws: Provided that, in the absence of any local law, the Promoter shall handover the necessary documents and plans, including common areas, to the Maintenance Society or the competent authority, as the case may be, within thirty days after obtaining the completion certificate.

Possession of the Allottee. After obtaining the occupancy certificate* and handing over physical possession of the [Apartment/Plot] to the Allottees, it shall be responsibility of the Promoter to hand over the necessary documents and plans, including common areas, to the association of Allottee or the competent authority, as the case may be, as per the local laws. Possession of the Allottee s – After obtaining the occupancy certificate and handing over physical possession of the Apartment/Flat Apartment/Flat to the Allottee/s, it shall be responsibility of the Developer to hand over the necessary documents and plans, including common areas, to the association of Allottee/s or the competent authority, as the case may be, as per the local laws. It is made clear that Allottee(s) is under an obligation to take possession of the Plot without making any delay within a reasonable period as mentioned in Offer of Possession issued by the Promoter subject to payment of dues.
