Common use of ADJUSTMENT FACTORS Clause in Contracts

ADJUSTMENT FACTORS. The Contractor’s two Adjustment Factors that will be applied against the prices set forth in the Contract Task Catalog®. These Adjustment Factors will be used to price out fixed price Job Orders by multiplying the appropriate Adjustment Factor by the Unit Prices and appropriate quantities. i. FACTOR 1 - Unit Work requirements to be performed during Normal Working Hours (7:00AM to 5:00PM) as ordered by the County in individual Job Orders against this Contract. ii. FACTOR 2 - Unit Work requirements to be performed during Other Than Normal Working Hours (5:01PM to 6:59AM) as ordered by the County in individual Job Orders against this Contract. iii. FACTOR 3 - Unit Work requirements to be performed during Normal Working Hours and Other than Normal Working Hours (12:00AM to 12:00PM) in Secured Facilities as ordered by the County as noted in the Detailed Scope of Work in individual Job Orders against this Contract.
