Adjustment for Change in Residence. If Resident moves from their Residence to another as provided in Part 400 hereof, the Monthly Fee payable by such Resident shall be changed to the Monthly Fee associated with such new living accommodation.

Payment for Change of Scope Payment for Change of Scope shall be made in accordance with the payment schedule specified in the Change of Scope Order.
Status Change Upon the termination of the Optionee’s Employment, this Option shall continue or terminate, as and to the extent provided in the Plan and this Agreement.
Termination for Change of Control This Agreement may be terminated immediately by SAP upon written notice to Provider if Provider comes under direct or indirect control of any entity competing with SAP. NOTICE OF CHANGE OF RESIDENCE The Couple agrees to the following: ☐ - ALLOWED to Move. Either Spouse may move their residence by providing at least days’ notice. ☐ - NOT ALLOWED to Move. Neither Spouse shall be allowed to move their residence more than miles away from another without the other Spouse’s consent.
Change of Residence The Employer agrees that when any full-time employee is required to move his/her residence for the "good of the state" after he/she has been permanently assigned, the actual moving expenses shall be borne by the Employer, in accordance with the Department of Administrative Services Manual of Procedure. Employees involved in voluntary moves or moves necessitated by promotion are liable for their own moving expenses.
Room Change Residents may submit requests for housing assignment changes. Students are not permitted to move or trade spaces without administrative approval. Once a housing assignment change has been approved, the resident must move in accordance with prescribed timeframe and abide by all appropriate key policies. Failure to comply may result in disciplinary action and fees associated. Students are financially responsible for rate differential if applicable.
TERMINATION DUE TO CHANGE IN FUNDING 35 In the event funding from HCA, MCO, State, Federal, or other sources is withdrawn, reduced, or limited 36 in any way after the effective date of this Contract and prior to its normal completion, either party may 37 terminate this Contract subject to re-negotiations.
Workforce Adjustment (a) The Parties recognize that workforce adjustment may be necessary due to the elimination of positions resulting from a reduction in the amount of work required to be done by the Commission, reorganization or program termination.
Supervisory Differential Adjustment 99. The Appointing Officer may adjust the compensation of a supervisory employee whose schedule of compensation is set herein subject to the following conditions:
NEW OR CHANGED JOBS The Company agrees to negotiate with the Union the rate of pay for any new or changed job prior to the rate being installed. However, if the parties fail to agree on the new rate, they shall install the new rate proposed by the Company and the Union shall have the right to grieve whether or not the rate is proper, based on its relationship to related or similar jobs presently in existence.
