Adjustment for Volume Deficit. If Con- tract Area Map indicates that there are incompletely‌ Marked subdivisions and if Contracting Officer deter- extended, shall be Current Contract Rates in effect on mines that a deficit in the estimated volume will cause Termination Date.‌‌ the volume cut to be less than 90 percent of the total estimate shown in A2, Forest Service, upon request by Contractor, shall designate additional timber within Contract Area.
