Wage Adjustment. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary, employees’ salary will be reduced by the amount of Employee Contributions that are made by the Employer in accordance with the terms of this Article.
Wage Adjustment. Notwithstanding any provisions in existing pay agreements, the wages of employees shall be reduced by the amount of employee contributions made by the employer pursuant to the provisions hereof.

Wage Adjustment. Effective Date of Ratification, 2006 wage adjustments will be distributed based on required alignment to market rates outlined in Appendix IOccupational Classifications & Top Rate Pay Levels. • Employees paid at a higher rate than identified for their job classification will be Red Circled (frozen at their current rate) until such time as their hourly rate is at par with market. • Employees Red Circled will be paid a 2.5% wage adjustment as “Other Income/Flat Dollar Amount” effective Date of Ratification. • Any employee whose yearly annualized wage adjustment calculates at less than 2.5% will have his/her pay “topped up” so that his/her adjustment equals 2.5% (hourly wage increase plus “Other Income/Flat Dollar Amount” equals 2.5%. • “Other Income/Flat Dollar Amounts” will be based on a 40 hour work week only and paid on each pay. • All 2006 wage increases and “Other Income” will be effective Date of Ratification. This Agreement shall be operative only as long as the Orchard School District pick-up of worker retirement contributions continues to be excludable from gross income of the worker under the provisions of the Internal Revenue Code.
