Adjustment of Regasified LNG Discharge Performance Standards. The Closed Loop Xxxxx Rate, the Open Loop Xxxxx Rate and the Combined Xxxxx Rate shall be adjusted according to the results of finalized Xxxxx Trials as conducted in accordance with the Building Contract, the Specifications and this Charter.
