Adjustment of Rents. Rents are subject to periodic adjustment in accordance with the Resolution. Such adjustments will generally be made on an annual basis, on October 1st of each year of the Term. If Authority adjusts its established rental rates or fees more frequently than annually, the Rent rates under this Agreement will also be adjusted without written amendment to this Agreement.
