ADJUSTMENT OF SERVICING FEES. The Master Servicing Fee and Special Servicing Fee payable to the Master Servicer and the Special Servicer, respectively, shall be adjusted as provided in Section 8.10(c) and Section 9.11 herein. Any amount retained by REMIC I as a result of a reduction of the Master Servicing Fee and the Special Servicing Fee shall be treated as interest collected with respect to the prepaid Mortgage Loans with respect to which the Master Servicing Fee or Special Servicing Fee adjustment occurs.
