ADJUSTMENT OF THE FRAMEWORK PRICES. 2.1 The Framework Prices shall only be varied where a review of the Framework Prices is requested and agreed by the Parties, in accordance with the provisions of this Schedule 2 Price Schedule. 2.2 Framework Prices will be reviewed every year (12 months).
