FRAMEWORK PRICES. 2.1. The Framework Prices consist of the Supplier Margins as reduced by any applicable Discounts. Subject to paragraph 2.6 below, the Supplier Margins shall not exceed the Supplier Maximum Margins. 2.2. The Supplier Maximum Margins are as follows: 2.3. Subject to paragraph 2.6, the Supplier Maximum Margins are the maximum margins that the Supplier may charge pursuant to any Call Off Agreement. 2.4. The Supplier Margins shall be discounted as follows: 2.5. The Discounts are the minimum discounts that the Supplier shall apply to the Supplier Margins pursuant to any Call Off Agreement. 2.6. In the case of the Contracting Body requiring SMR, SMI and/or fuel cards options (see paragraph 4 of Framework Schedule 1), the Contracting Body may require alternative Framework Prices which shall be stipulated further by the Contracting Body in a Further Competition Procedure.

FRAMEWORK PRICES. Variations in accordance with the provisions of this Framework Schedule 3 to all or part the Framework Prices (as the case may be) shall be made by the Authority to take effect: in accordance with Clause 20.2 (Legislative Change) where an adjustment to the Framework Prices is made in accordance with paragraph 59.1.1 of this Framework Schedule; in accordance with paragraph 3.3.3 and 4.8 of Framework Schedule 12 (Continuous Improvement and Benchmarking) where an adjustment to the Framework Prices is made in accordance with paragraph 59.1.2 of this Framework Schedule 3; or
FRAMEWORK PRICES. The Maxima Pricing Tables for the Services are attached as an annex to this Framework Schedule 8 (Supplier’s Tender Response). The Supplier’s pricing for each Service element must not exceed the maxima pricing established for that Service element identified in the Maxima Pricing Tables. The Authority and any Other Contracting Body shall compare a Supplier’s proposed Charges in the Service Catalogue or any response to an ITT against the Framework Prices as follows: calculate the annual charge: for a Service element identified in a proposed Charges; and for the equivalent Service element in the Maxima Pricing Table; and
FRAMEWORK PRICES. Variations in accordance with the provisions of this Framework Schedule 2 to the Framework Prices shall be made by the Authority to take effect: on the Indexation Adjustment Date where an adjustment is made in accordance with paragraph 3.1.3; or in accordance with Clause 31.3 where an adjustment is made in accordance with paragraph 3.1.1; or where the Supplier notifies the Authority in accordance with paragraph 3.2 (as applicable) that it is able to decrease the Framework Prices, on 1 September for assessments made as at 1 August and as at 1 March for assessments made on 1 February. On the first (1st) Day following the second (2nd) anniversary of the Commencement Date and each subsequent anniversary of such date, the Framework Prices, if a variation has been agreed pursuant to paragraph 4, may be varied by the application of the following formula: NC = EC * Z Where: NC is the New Charge; EC is the Existing Charge; and
FRAMEWORK PRICES. 1.1 The Framework Prices set out in this Framework Schedule 2 (Price Schedule) are the maximum rates that the Contractor may charge pursuant to any Call-Off Contract. 1.2 Framework Prices shall be Maximum Prices, are in (£) pounds sterling and exclusive of VAT. 1.3 Unless otherwise stated, the Maximum Prices in Schedule 2 shall be the total Maximum Price for the stated Goods and Services including the cost of paper, sealing, trimming, collating, suitable packaging that may include shrink wrapped, banded, boxed and labelled and palletised (where quantity requires). All prices exclude delivery. Rates for delivery are shown separatley in the Price Schedule. 1.4 The prices in the Pricing Schedule shall be Maximum Prices Increases in price shall be applicable on each anniversary of the Framework Agreement and may only be varied by agreement between the Authority and the Contractor and, in relation to any such variation, the variation in Price shall not exceed the percentage increase or decrease in the annual change in the Consumer Price Index (CPI) as published by the Office of National Statistics as at the month of October immediately preceding the price review date of the Framework and as published by the Office for National Statistics, in comparison to the CPI. However, nothing in this Framework Agreement prevents the Contractor from improving on the prices in the Pricing Schedule for the purposes of a Call-off Contract. 1.5 The Contractor shall provide full justification for any such price increase or decrease. 1.6 The Authority or Framework Public Body reserves the right to benchmark pricing.

FRAMEWORK PRICES. 2.1 The commercial model for this Framework Agreement will be based on a standard economic unit of a rate per day per role, (Maximum Day Rate). 2.2 Maximum Day Rates shall be used within the further competition process as maximum rates. Maximum Day Rates cannot be exceeded throughout the life of the Framework Agreement. 2.3 All prices and rates shall be dealt with on an “open book” basis. “Open book” means the transparent sharing of all accounting information including actual costs in order to aid financial governance and to enable structured cost reduction initiatives.
FRAMEWORK PRICES. 2.1 The Framework Prices comprise hourly rates, excluding lunch breaks and fees. Subject to paragraphs 8 and 9, all hourly rates and fees are inclusive of travel and related expenses. Any additional travel and related charges shall be calculated as detailed in paragraphs 6 and 7. 2.2 Unless a Contracting Body agrees otherwise pursuant to the terms of any Call-Off Agreement, where Services are provided on the basis of hourly rates, the Supplier shall not charge for any more than eight (8) working hours in one day. The maximum hourly rates for each category of the Supplier Staff (in each case exclusive of VAT) are listed in Tables R and S at paragraph 2.4.1 below: 2.3 All fees and charges for Estates Professional Services apply to office accommodation located within the Greater London area.
