Adjustment of Trust Assets and Withdrawals. (a) The amount of assets to be maintained in the Reinsurance Trust Account shall be adjusted following the end of each calendar quarter in accordance with the Reserve Report for the last calendar month of each calendar quarter provided to the Reinsurer pursuant to the terms of Section 8.1. Such report shall set forth the amount by which the Security Balance equals or exceeds the Required Balance, in each case as of the end of the immediately preceding calendar quarter.

The Master Servicer may clear and terminate the Master Servicer Collection Account pursuant to Section 10.01 and remove amounts from time to time deposited in error.

  • Benefit of Accounts; Deposits and Withdrawals The Bank Accounts and all cash, money, securities, investments, financial assets and other property deposited in or credited to them will be held by the Indenture Trustee as secured party for the benefit of the Secured Parties and, after payment in full of the Notes and the release of the Bank Accounts from the Lien of the Indenture, as agent of the Issuer and as part of the Trust Property.
