Adjustment on Appeal. Notwithstanding clause 3.4 where a teacher successfully appeals to the Teacher Qualifications Service in respect of any change in evaluation of teacher qualification, the effective date of the adjustment under clause 3.4 shall be the September 1 or the February 1 immediately preceding the period in which the appeal was launched.
