Common use of Adjustment –Scope of Services Clause in Contracts

Adjustment –Scope of Services. No adjustments made to the Scope of Services will be authorized without prior written approval of the COUNTY assigned CONTRACT MANAGER. CONTRACTOR agrees that COUNTY may, at its sole discretion, amend this CONTRACT to conform to federal, State or local governmental guideline, policies, and available funding amounts. If any amendment results in a change in the funding amount, CONTRACTOR Scope of Services, or schedule of activities to be undertaken as part of this CONTRACT, such modification will be incorporated only by written amendment executed by DIRECTOR and CONTRACTOR.
