Adjustment to following year’s Administrative Cost Payment. Within 120 days following the end of the fiscal year, Manager shall report actual expenditures and revenues, excluding the Administrative Cost Payment. If actual expenditures exceed actual revenues (“deficit”) in an amount less than the Administrative Cost Payment, then the Administrative Cost Payment for the following fiscal year will be reduced by the difference between the Administrative Cost Payment and the deficit. If actual expenditures exceed actual revenues (“deficit”) in an amount greater than the Administrative Cost Payment, Manager shall prepare a revised budget within thirty (30) business days to reduce expenditures in an amount equal to the difference between the deficit and the Administrative Cost Payment.

  • Second Year Wage Adjustment Effective July 1, 2020, all salary ranges and rates shall be increased by two and one-half percent (2.50%), rounded to the nearest cent. Salary increases provided by this Section shall be given to all employees including those employees whose rates of pay exceed the maximum rate for their class. The compensation grids for classes covered by this Agreement are contained in Appendix E-2. Conversion to the new compensation grid shall not change an employee’s eligibility for step progression increases.

  • First Year Wage Adjustment Effective July 1, 2017, all salary ranges and rates shall be increased by two percent (2.0%), rounded to the nearest cent. The compensation grids for classes covered by this Agreement are contained in Appendix E-1. Employees shall convert to the new compensation grid as provided in Section 2.

  • Limitation of Administrative Costs Worksheet The worksheet is intended for use during the budgeting process to estimate the district's percent increase of FY2021 budgeted expenditures over FY2020 actual expenditures. Budget information is copied to this page. Insert the prior year estimated actual expenditures to compute the estimated percentage increase (decrease).

  • Billing Adjustment Credit To provide Customer the benefit of the rates and discounts in the Amendment as of the Effective Date and until such rates and discounts are implemented, the Company shall provide Customer with a one-time billing adjustment credit equal to $99,000.00, plus applicable taxes and surcharges. This credit shall compensate Customer for the difference between the Tariff/Guide/list rates invoiced during the 1st full billing cycle following Customer's signature date above and the rates and discounts in this Agreement. Waivers:

  • Fiscal Year; Taxable Year The fiscal year and the taxable year of the Company is the calendar year.

  • Salary Rate Calculation and Payment The biweekly salary rate of employees serving on twelve (12) month (calendar year) appointments shall be calculated by dividing the calendar year salary rate by 26.1 pay periods.

  • INTEREST CALCULATION COSTS 10.1 As set forth in 31 CFR 205.27, interest calculation costs are defined as those costs necessary for the actual calculation of interest, including the cost of developing and maintaining clearance patterns in support of the interest calculations. Interest calculation costs do not include expenses for normal disbursing services, such as processing of checks or maintaining records for accounting and reconciliation of cash balances, or expenses for upgrading or modernizing accounting systems. Interest calculation costs in excess of $50,000 in any year are not eligible for reimbursement, unless the State provides justification with the annual report.

  • Compensation for Reimbursable Expenses 11.8.1 Reimbursable Expenses are in addition to compensation for Basic, Supplemental, and Additional Services and include expenses incurred by the Architect and the Architect’s consultants directly related to the Project, as follows:
