Adjustments for Certain Employment Status Changes. Unless the Committee determines, in its sole discretion, that such adjustments are not advisable after consideration of employment laws in the country where the Grantee resides, the number of Shares shall be adjusted for changes in employment status during the Performance Period as follows:
