Adjustments in the Design-Builder’s Fee. The Design-Builder’s Fee can only be changed by a written Change Order executed by both parties. The Fee can only be adjusted for material changes in the scope of the Work, which includes without limitation the management of the replacement of an insured or uninsured loss.
