Design-Builder’s Fee. The Design-Builder's Fee for the performance of the Work, which shall be stated as a lump sum amount commensurate with the scope of the Component Change Order and paragraph 5 of the Contract.
Design-Builder’s Fee. The proposed GMP Change Order shall include, as a separately identified item, the total Fee for Design-Builder's performance of the Work. The Fee shall be stated as a lump sum amount and shall be not more than the amount shown in Paragraph 5 of the Contract.

If the Preconstruction Phase Services are being rendered simultaneously with Construction Phase Services, each monthly invoice shall include a pro rata portion of the Design-Builder’s fee based on the preliminary progress schedule and the actual costs of the Construction Overhead Costs actually incurred. As the schedule is adjusted, each subsequent invoice will be adjusted to provide for the allocation of the Fee throughout the life of the Project.

6.2.2.1 For changes to the GMP, Design-Builder’s Fee will be applied.
6.2.2.2 For deductive changes, Design-Builder’s Fee will not be reduced.
Design-Builder’s Fee. 5.4.1 Design-Builder’s Fee shall be: (Number written out) percent (X.XX%) of the Cost of the Work, as adjusted in accordance with Section 5.4.2 below.
5.4.2 Design-Builder’s Fee will be adjusted pursuant to Article 9 for any changes in the Work.
Design-Builder’s Fee. Subject to the GMP Total, “Design-Builder's Fee” shall be [three and one-half percent (3.5%)] of the Cost of the Work, not including any Construction Contingency funds and not including insurance deductibles.

Design-Builder’s Fee. 4.1. For all labor, all materials, all equipment and all services rendered, for all costs direct or indirect, and for all expenses incurred by the DBE pursuant to this Contract, and upon satisfactory completion of said Project in a final finished form consistent with the intent of the Contract Documents, WRD shall pay the DBE according to the [Schedule of Values], agreed to by the DBE.
4.2. Regardless of any other provision of this Contract, it is understood and agreed that the total sum to be paid by WRD to the Design Builder, for the Design Build Work defined herein, an amount of [insert dollars in words], Dollars and 00/100 ($[insert dollar amount]), based upon the Schedule of Values, subject to authorized modifications as provided for in the Contract Documents.
4.3. WRD shall pay the DBE an Annual Service Fee for Transitional Operation and Training Services as provided for in this Contract.
Design-Builder’s Fee. 5.3.1 Exclusive of the Cost of the Work identified in paragraph 1.3.2, the Design-Builder’s Fee required to perform the remainder of the Design-Build services, shall mean the payment the Design-Builder shall receive for its overhead and profit in performing its services and shall be the fixed percent of XX percentage (X.XX%) to be applied as a multiplier to the itemized Cost of the Work, as adjusted in accordance with Section 5.1.1 above.
5.3.2 Design-Builder’s Fee adjustment for changes in the Work: No adjustment in the Design-Builder’s Fee percentage will be authorized for any cause or reason in the performance of all Work under this Agreement, including change orders resulting from increases in the scope of the Work, which may be requested by the Owner from time to time.
