Adjustments to Schedule. 5.06.01 A teacher who retires to pension or leaves the employ of the Board or commences an unpaid leave of absence during the school year will be paid any salary owing, less required deductions, pro-rated on the number of days worked as a percentage of total days in the school year and in accordance with the teacher’s entitlement prorated in relation to the workload of a full-time teacher in accordance with Article 9.14.01. Such payment shall be made on the next scheduled pay date following the last day worked, provided that a minimum of two (2) weeks’ notice is given or on June 30, whichever is earlier.
