Common use of ADM Clause in Contracts

ADM. The Average Daily Membership (“ADM”) for the School shall be determined pursuant to Applicable Law then in effect. The Parties agree that there currently are two ADM counts each year. Operator shall report the ADM to IPS in a timely manner as required by Applicable Law. Operator represents and warrants that the ADM it reports to IPS shall be complete and accurate.
