Common use of Admin Fees Clause in Contracts

Admin Fees. 6.30 If, in any rolling 3 Month period, 2 or more MI Failures occur, the Agency acknowledges and agrees that CCS has the right to invoice the Agency the Admin Fees. This right extends (subject to Clause 6.31) in respect of any MI Failures that arise in subsequent Months.
