Administration and Enforcement. This Covenant shall be administered by the County or its designee (“Administrator”). This Covenant shall be enforceable by the County by any appropriate legal or equitable action, including but not limited to specific performance, injunction, abatement or eviction of non-complying Subject Property Owners or Occupants, or such other remedies and penalties as may be specified in this Covenant.
