Accumulation. 1. Originating goods or materials from the territory of a Party, incorporated into a good in the territory of the other Party, shall be considered to be originating in the territory of the other Party. 2. Production carried out by a producer in the territory of a Party may be accumulated with the production of one or more producers in the territory of that Party or the other Party, in such way that the production of the materials incorporated into the good shall be considered as carried out by that producer, provided that the good satisfies the requirements established in Article 3.1 and all other applicable requirements in this Chapter.

Accumulation. Dividends on the Series B Preferred Stock shall be cumulative, and from and after (i) any Dividend Payment Date on which any dividend that has accumulated or been deemed to have accumulated through such date has not been paid in full (other than by reason of the election of the Corporation to accrue dividends during the Accrual Period); or (ii) any payment date set for a redemption on which such redemption payment has not been paid in full, additional dividends shall accumulate in respect of the amount of such unpaid dividends or unpaid redemption payment (the "Arrearage") at 125% of the stated dividend rate (or such lesser rate as may be the maximum rate that is then permitted by applicable law). Such additional dividends in respect of any Arrearage shall be deemed to accumulate from day to day whether or not earned or declared until the Arrearage is paid, shall be calculated as of such successive Dividend Payment Date, and shall constitute an additional Arrearage from and after any Dividend Payment Date to the extent not paid on such Dividend Payment Date. References in any Article herein to dividends that have accumulated or that have been deemed to have accumulated with respect to the Series B Preferred Stock shall include the amount, if any, of any Arrearage together with any dividends accumulated or deemed to have accumulated on such Arrearage pursuant to the immediately preceding two sentences. Additional dividends in respect of any Arrearage may be declared and paid at any time, in whole or in part, without reference to any regular Dividend Payment Date, to Registered Holders as they appear on the stock record books of the Corporation on such record date as may be fixed by the Board of Directors (which record date shall be no less than 10 days prior to the corresponding payment date). Dividends in respect of any Arrearage shall be paid in cash.
Accumulation. Employees in regular positions shall accrue sick leave for each payroll period completed, prorated on the basis of 3.39 hours per pay period, except as provided in Section 5 of this Article. Earned sick leave shall be available for use the first day following the payroll period in which it is earned. Employees in regular positions paid less than eighty (80) hours per pay period or job-shared positions shall receive sick leave accumulation on a pro-rata basis. There shall be no limit on sick leave accumulation.

Accumulation. An employee may accumulate vacation leave credits to a maximum of one- hundred and sixty hours. Any vacation credits in excess of one-hundred and sixty hours will be cancelled. However, in the event an employee is unable to take vacation leave due to no fault of the employee, the employee may “carry” the excess for ninety calendar days.
Accumulation. Notwithstanding the foregoing, employees with accumulated special leave credits in excess of one hundred and forty-four (144) hours twenty (20) days X seven point two (7.2) hours) as of the first pay period following June 5, 2006, shall retain the accumulated balance to their credit. Where this accumulated credit exceeds one hundred and forty-four (144) hours, no further credit shall be earned until the accumulated balance is reduced below one hundred and forty-four (144) hours, in which event the accumulation of special leave credits shall be reinstated, but the accumulated balance shall not again exceed one hundred and forty-four (144) hours.
Accumulation. An employee shall earn special leave credits with pay to a maximum of 180 hours at the rate of 3.6 hours every four weeks. The accumulated balance of an employee's special leave credits shall not be reduced as a result of the September 30, 1993 reduction in the work week to 36 hours per week. Notwithstanding the foregoing, employees with accumulated special leave credits in excess of 180 hours (25 days X 7.2 hours) as of the first pay period prior to September 30, 1993, up to and including the previous maximum of 187.5 hours (25 days X 7.5 hours), shall retain the accumulated balance to their credit. Where this accumulated credit exceeds 180 hours, no further credit shall be earned until the accumulated balance is reduced below 180 hours, in which event the accumulation of special leave credits shall be reinstated, but the accumulated balance shall not again exceed 180 hours.
