Common use of Administration of Claims Clause in Contracts

Administration of Claims. 8.1 The Claims Administrator shall administer and calculate the claims submitted by Settlement Class Members under ¶ 2.1. Class Counsel and Xxxxxxxx shall be given reports as to both claims and distribution and have the right to review and obtain supporting documentation to the extent necessary to resolve claims administration issues. The Claims Administrator’s and claims referee’s, as applicable, determination of whether a Settlement Claim is a Valid Claim shall be binding, subject to the dispute resolution process set forth in ¶ 2.5. All claims agreed to be paid in full by Trussway shall be deemed a Valid Claim.

All claims agreed to be paid in full by Trussway the Defendants shall be deemed a Valid Claim.
