Common use of Administration of Claims Clause in Contracts

Administration of Claims. 9.1 The Settlement Administrator shall administer and calculate the claims submitted by Class Members under ¶ 2.1. Class Counsel and Defendant shall be given reports as to both claims and distribution, and both shall have the right to review and obtain supporting documentation and challenge such reports if they believe them to be inaccurate or inadequate. The Settlement Administrator’s determination of whether a Settlement Claim is a Valid Claim shall be binding, subject to the Dispute Resolution process set forth in ¶ 2.4. All claims agreed to be paid in full by Defendant shall be deemed valid.
