Common use of Administration of Federal Funds Clause in Contracts

Administration of Federal Funds. The Grantee agrees its use of the funds awarded herein is subject to the Uniform Administrative Requirements of 2 C.F.R. Part 200, et seq.; the CARES Act; any additional requirements set forth by the federal funding agency; and all applicable regulations published in the Code of Federal Regulations.

CFR Part 200, 200 et seq.; the CARES Act; , any additional requirements set forth by the federal funding agency; and all applicable regulations published in the Code of Federal Regulations; and other program guidance as provided to it by the Wyoming Energy Authority.

The Grantee shall take all necessary actions to comply with all requirements for the use of Federal Regulationsthese federal funds.
