a) The Contractor shall obtain and provide, without additional cost to the Government, all equipment, supplies, tools, materials, repair parts, labor, transportation, and management oversight to perform the requirements under this contract.
b) The Contractor vehicles shall be registered, in accordance with all current applicable Federal, and Local laws, ordinances and regulations. All vehicle operators shall possess valid territory driver licenses to be allowed on the site.
c) The Contractor must have the ability to provide Solid Waste Hauling Vehicles/Equipment resources to successfully support contract performance. The Contractor shall have equipment capable of moving these dumpsters to support all locations.
d) The servicing schedules will be coordinated with and set by the Government. The trash collection servicing will be performed on a “as needed basis”. Services will include:
i. Delivery of the dumpster"
ii. Setup up at desired locations"
iii. Provide trash collection services on a twice a week or on an as needed basis"
iv. Provide contingency collection services when requested by the Government"
v. Provide site cleanup if required due to spillage"
vi. Transport filled dumpsters to an approved landfill location to empty its contents"
vii. Return emptied dumpster to its original location within 12 hours to maintain continued service"
viii. Secure all necessary permits and requirements in accordance with applicable Federal, Territory and local laws, ordinances and regulations."
ix. Maintain dumpsters in a serviceable condition at all times"
x. Relocate dumpsters if directed by Government"
xi. Remove Contractor provided equipment upon request or at the termination of the required services"
