Administration of Fund. The GISD Assistant Superintendent for Special Education will be the Administrator of the SEF (“SEF Administrator”). The SEF Administrator shall direct and supervise all facets of the SEF pursuant to the Parties’ written agreement described in Section 1 above. The SEF Administrator shall not be compensated by the SEF or by Plaintiffs.
