ADMINISTRATION RIGHTS Section A: Administrative Rights. The Administration has the exclusive authority to manage and direct the operations and activities of the District consistent with the specific terms of this Agreement. All matters not specifically and expressly covered by the language of this Agreement shall be administered for its duration by the District. The Administration has the right to exercise its rights and decisions without negotiations about the decision. If the Association believes that the Administration has violated the terms of this agreement, they can address it through the grievance process. Examples of District/Administration rights, but not limited thereto, are the following:
