Common use of Administrative Agent as a Bank Clause in Contracts

In its individual capacity, JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. and any other Bank that serves as a successor Administrative Agent hereunder shall have the same obligations and the same rights, powers and privileges in respect of its Commitment and the Loans made by it as it would have were it not also the Administrative Agent.
