Common use of Administrative Agent Discretion Clause in Contracts

The Borrower hereby acknowledges and agrees that the terms “acceptable” or “satisfactory” to the Administrative Agent or words of similar import when used in this Agreement without further qualification refer to the Administrative Agent’s sole and unilateral discretion.
