Common use of Administrative Agent Fees Clause in Contracts

Administrative Agent Fees. The Administrative Agent shall receive, for its own use and benefit, the fees agreed to between the Administrative Agent and the Borrowers in that certain fee letter dated January 25, 2012, or as otherwise agreed to in writing between the Borrowers and the Administrative Agent.

Administrative Agent Fees.
