Administrative Agent for Lenders. The Lenders have appointed FUNB to act as administrative agent on behalf of all of the Lenders in connection with the Loan. Accordingly, FUNB shall be entitled to exercise the rights and remedies of the Lenders hereunder as agent for each of the Lenders. Any notice provided by FUNB to the Borrower shall be deemed provided to Borrower by each of the Lenders, and any notice from Borrower which states it is to FUNB as agent for the Lenders hereunder, shall be deemed to be given to each of the Lenders.
