Common use of Administrative and Fiscal Services Clause in Contracts

Administrative and Fiscal Services. Provision of general administrative, business and fiscal services to the P.C. in connection with the operation of the Practice, including patient billxxxx, xxllecting billxxxx, xxcounting, auditing (by a certified public accountant selected by ProDent with the approval of the P.C., which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld or delayed), bookkeeping, budgeting, record keeping, accounts receivable and accounts payable processing, electronic data processing and such other services as the P.C. may from time to time require.
