Administrative Leave Without Prior Notice. If, in a specific instance, the Board deems it unreasonable or impractical due to the seriousness of the allegations to provide a Faculty member (either tenured or tenure-track) with advance notice of the reason(s) for possible dismissal or suspension without pay, then the Board may temporarily place the Faculty member on a paid or unpaid administrative leave until such time as it can provide such notice and offer the Faculty member an opportunity to meet and respond, provided that no such temporary administrative leave shall exceed sixty (60) calendar days.
