Common use of Administrative Materials Clause in Contracts

Agency will provide each Member with, and give an explanation of, the Benefit Contract and all other appropriate administrative forms and materials, as approved in advance by Medica. Agency will provide each Member with: (i) information on how Members may receive answers to questions about coverage; and (ii) the customer service telephone number for Members to use to contact Medica.
