Common use of Administrative or Supervisory Vacancies Clause in Contracts

Administrative or Supervisory Vacancies. Administrative or supervisory level vacancies shall be posted to the bargaining unit as soon as they become known at any time during the school year in accordance with Articles 11.061, Posting of Vacancies During Academic Year; 11.062, Posting of Vacancies When School is Not in Session; 11.064, Vacancy Bidding Period; 11.065, Content of Posting Notice; and 11.067, Selection Notice.
