Common use of Administrative Remedy for Agreement Interpretation Clause in Contracts

Administrative Remedy for Agreement Interpretation. Should any question arise as to the meaning and intent of this Agreement, the question shall, prior to any other action or resort to any other legal remedy, be referred to the TJPA who shall decide the true meaning and intent of the Agreement. Nothing in this Section shall be interpreted as the Contractor waiving any legal rights or remedies to which it is entitled.
