Additional Requirements for Federally-Funded Awards. (a) Grantee shall comply with the requirements described in 2 CFR 25.200, or any successor provisions, to provide a valid Unique Entity Identifier (UEI) and maintain an active XXX.xxx registration with current information.
Additional Requirements for Federally-Funded Awards. The Grantee shall establish a Dun and Bradstreet (D&B) Data Universal Numbering System (DUNS) number as a universal identifier as per 2 CFR Part 25. The Grant Agreement is subject to 2 CFR Part 175, Award Term for Trafficking in Persons. Federal funding under this Grant Agreement may be terminated without penalty if the Grantee Engages in severe forms of trafficking in persons during the period of time that the award is in effect; Procures a commercial sex act during the period of time that the award is in effect; or Uses forced labor in the performance of the award or sub-awards under the award.
