Administrative Remedy for Agreement Interpretation. Should any question arise as to the meaning or intent of this Agreement, the question shall, prior to any other action or resort to any other legal remedy, be referred to the District’s Director of Procurement, who shall decide the true meaning and intent of the Agreement.
