Administrator and Teacher Evaluation Systems. The Academy Board shall adopt and implement for all individuals employed by or contracted for the Academy as teachers or school administrators a rigorous, transparent, and fair performance evaluation system that complies with Applicable Law. If the Academy enters into an agreement with an Educational Service Provider, the Academy Board shall ensure that the Educational Service Provider complies with this section.
