CUSTOMER SERVICE FUNCTIONS The Servicer shall handle all Customer inquiries and other Customer service matters according to the same procedures it uses to service Customers with respect to its own charges.
MANAGEMENT FUNCTIONS B.1 The Association recognizes that the management of the Hospital and the direction of working forces are fixed exclusively in the Hospital and shall remain solely with the Hospital except as specifically limited by the provisions of this Agreement and, without restricting the generality of the foregoing, the Association acknowledges that it is the exclusive function of the Hospital to: (a) maintain order, discipline and efficiency; (b) hire, assign, retire, discharge, direct, promote, demote, classify, transfer, lay- off, recall, and suspend or otherwise discipline nurses, provided that a claim of discharge or discipline without just cause may be the subject of a grievance and dealt with as hereinafter provided; (c) determine, in the interest of efficient operation and high standards of service, job rating and classification, the hours of work, work assignments, methods of doing the work, and the working establishment for the service; (d) generally to manage the operation that the Hospital is engaged in and, without restricting the generality of the foregoing, to determine the number of personnel required, methods, procedures, and equipment in connection therewith; (e) make, enforce, and alter from time to time reasonable rules and regulations to be observed by the nurses which are not inconsistent with the provisions of this Agreement. B.2 These rights shall not be exercised in a manner inconsistent with the provisions of this Agreement.
Nondiscretionary Functions The Custodian shall attend to all nondiscretionary details in connection with the sale, exchange, substitution, purchase, transfer or other dealings with securities or other assets of each Portfolio held by the Custodian, except as otherwise directed from time to time pursuant to Proper Instructions.
Other Activities of Administrator Nothing herein shall prevent the Administrator or its Affiliates from engaging in other businesses or, in its or their sole discretion, from acting as an administrator for any other person or entity, or in a similar capacity therefor, even though such person or entity may engage in business activities similar to those of the Issuer, the Owner Trustee or the Indenture Trustee.
MIXED FUNCTIONS An employee engaged for more than two hours during one day or shift on duties carrying a higher rate than his or her ordinary classification shall be paid the higher rate for such day or shift. If for two hours or less during one day or shift he or she shall be paid the higher rate for the time so worked.
Administration; Reports The Custodian shall, in general, attend to all non-discretionary details in connection with maintaining custody of the Receivable Files on behalf of the Trust Collateral Agent. In addition, the Custodian shall assist the Trust Collateral Agent generally in the preparation of any routine reports to Noteholders or to regulatory bodies, to the extent necessitated by the Custodian’s custody of the Receivable Files.
Program Administration An activity relating to the general management, oversight and coordination of community development programs. Costs directly related to carrying out eligible activities are not included.
Administration Services When a medical prescription drug is administered by infusion, the administration of the prescription drug may be covered separately from the prescription drug. See Infusion Therapy - Administration Services in the Summary of Medical Benefits for benefit limits and the amount you pay. Prescription drugs that are self-administered are not covered as a medical benefit but may be covered as a pharmacy benefit. Please see Pharmacy Prescription Drugs and Diabetic Equipment or Supplies – Pharmacy Benefits section above for additional information. For some medical prescription drugs, after the first administration, coverage may be limited to certain locations (for example, a designated outpatient or ambulatory service facility, physician’s office, or your home), provided the location is appropriate based on your medical status. Preauthorization may be required to determine medical necessity as well as appropriate site of care. If we deny your request for preauthorization, or you disagree with our determination for the appropriate site of care, you can submit a medical appeal. Administration and Risk Management Employees of Federated Advisory Services Company provide support to portfolio managers and other employees of affiliated advisers. Such services may include development of risk management programs, production of portfolio and compliance reports for clients and/or fund Boards, coordination of client portfolios and related fixed income trade execution implementation and administration, completion of required broker and custody documentation, development and documentation of operational procedures, coordination of proxy voting activities, on-site support of hardware and software, etc.”
CERTIFYING FUNCTION Department of Information Resources acting as the owner of the DIR Contracts hereby certifies the eligibility of the DIR Customer to use the DIR Contracts.
