ADMISSION TO PREMISES. 18.1 Any officer or other duly authorized representative of the Union shall be admitted to the premises of the Employer during normal working hours for the purpose of checking the performance of this Agreement by the Employer. Any person so admitted shall comply with all the rules and regulations of the Employer while on its premises. 18.2 Any officer or duly authorized representative of the Union must attempt to provide reasonable advance notice to management on duty, or their supervisor, prior to visiting the Employer's facilities shall not interfere with the regular work assignments of employees on duty at the time of such visit.
