Admissions Processing and Financial Aid. i) After USC’s receipt of a complete application from 2tor (as set forth in Section 1.B. above), USC shall, in its sole discretion, determine which qualified students shall be admitted to the Program; USC shall use commercially reasonable efforts to accept or reject each applicant within ten business days after receipt of such applicant’s completed application.
