Common use of ADMITTING AND RELEASING Clause in Contracts

ADMITTING AND RELEASING. XXXX shall provide inmate biographical information and charge information for each inmate no less than 24 hours prior to the inmate's arrival at the BURNET County Jail. BURNET shall be responsible for the admitting and releasing of inmates placed in BURNET's facility. BURNET will maintain records of all such transactions in a manner agreed upon by BURNET and XXXX provide such records to XXXX upon request.
